    The fuser roller bushings will be the culprit, need to put some of that magic fuser grease under and around them.
    There was no rotation at all. Just the message Suspended then Reinsert Unit #1 when the door was opened. I have had those machines give error codes before because of paper stuck in the connectors. Never had one blow a fuse because of that. I remember that they used to blow fuses on the DC board due to a bad toner motor but never due to stuck paper.

    Well after a little over 2 weeks of working the copier is again saying reset unit #1. The fuse FU18 on the DC Controller is

    blown again. There was no paper stuck in the connecters on the Unit 1 or on the connectors on the copier.
