Canon IR ADV C9060pro - e000197-0008 Error

Hello guys,

we currently have an issue with our C9060Pro. We can't copy or print, because we r given an error, which we need to fix asap!

Error is e000197-0008

Machine says:
EX-Serial communication error with multi deck.
Solution: 1.Check the connection between multi deck driver pcb and the dc controller interface pcb (J1212).
2.Replace the dc controller interface PCB
3.Replace the multi deck driver pcb

How can I check the connection? Where is it based?

First easy step is to verify you have power to the multideck, it has its own power cord that could get unplugged by accident. If it has been unplugged, a simple reboot of the machine will clear error. If you stand behind the multideck, the right side long panel, the PCB is behind there, you can see the cabling by the control panel arm. Hope this helps you.
