Error E075-0003 iR ADV C5051

Do you have any idea what could be the solution with a machine that shows ERROR E075-0003.

When I place the belt at the original position, after some days the error happens.

I have checked de level of the machine and it is OK. I have change the BELT TRANFER, even the complete ITB unit but the error persists after some days.

Any suggestions.
