Man...you STILL haven't answered whether or not the toner is fixed to the page or not.
If you've replaced the fuser I can garrantee 100% it's NOT the fuser.
Checked the transfer roller in the door?

Not real experienced but it still sounds like a sub hopper toner leak to me. Pull fuser, developer, drum etc - give the whole area a good vacuuming. The issue may go away for a period of time, then reappear. If it does, you know it is a toner leak.

Checking the transfer roller sounds like a good idea.

sorry i couldn't post back here sooner.

we had already replaced the transfer roller in the door on thursday .......thats when i noticed the the LATCH that engages the fuser wasn't even on the door! it was completly missing.

So friday we went out with a door latch and the damn thing works fine.

Thanx to everyone for your help, i just honestly never thought to check and see if a part of the door was missing.....now i know better.

lulz will be had

Go easy Lgonjim. Some of us aren't tied to these forums for solutions like you are. We actually go out and fix shit on our own and don't have time to reply back to you so that you don't have to think about anything. I know plenty of guys like you that call around to fellow techs and check numerous web sites before you even get to the call and do some actual troubleshooting.

Its very dangerous to make assumptions especially about people. I have enough experience not to have to look here for fixes .This site is to assist techs with problems not to make false accusations as you have. In my years as a tech I have had to acquire assistance and advice and when I did I was grateful for the help , I would suggest to you that when techs do help you out would be out of courtesy to respond and at least say THANKS not critiscise
