Is this happen when you changing new toner? if yes, you are using not genuine toner for the first time and base on my experience i used to clean the developer and remove the remaining toner and try it again to use your new toner without mixing old toner from the developer....good luck
No blanking on the prints, usually wrong charged toner, so if you can absolutely rule that out, I would be looking for a electrical problem, as there is no lead edge blanking.
How does the fuser look ? if you have a spare machine, maybe you can swap and try ?

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

My bad, phone got damaged during that period and I lost comms for 3 months
This problem was on an IR2520. I eventually discovered that it was the drum unit that had a problem. Bias voltage must have been "leaking". As soon as I put the drum, blade and charge roller on a new unit, copies became 100%.

Double-check the toner. I think you did not put it back right. Sometimes the paint isn't of the best quality, and if it's liquid, it spills everywhere if it's powder, it goes on the toner and leaves this kind of spot and stripes. Try to print an image, anything from your stock illustrations; this might fix the printer. In general, it's recommended to have the printer filled and cleaned by a person who knows how to do it. Don't do it by yourself if you don't know-how. Trying to save up some money leads to this!
