AdvC2030 drum

We installed a GPR-36 Black drum in an AdvC2030 and the copier just keeps saying Printer Warming Up? Is there something I am missing. I put the old drum in and it comes to Ready. Tried the new drum in another copier and same outcome, won't warm up. This is a brand new OEM drum unit.

Had a fresh 3200 drum do the same thing a few years ago. I think I finally figured it out when I checked the error log, it showed a hanging e020 error however the display would not come of the waiting screen. Never did troubleshoot the drum, it was a all in one like the model you are working on.
