CLC 3200 - Stripe down copy

    Hi Guys.
I've got a problem where after about 20 sheets of paper go through the machine, a line begins to appear along the sheet. If I allow it to continue the line becomes a stripe about 5 - 10mm wide.

If I take the cleaning blade out and clean it, the machine runs clean again for about another 20 sheets.
I've removed and cleaned the ITB, but it continues to happen. If I take the ITB unit out at the same time, there is a line of toner on it which again is 5 - 10mm wide and corresponds to the mark that appears on the sheets.

There are no visible marks on the ITB that would suggest a problem with it.

    Any help would be appreciated

Sounds like a drum unit, when they go they begin to make lines on prints. I would try a drum of the offending color.

Could also be the cleaning assembly. If the blade is starting to turn yellow or if it's old, replace it.
