Canon IRA 6255 Error E 0001-0010 and E0001-00020

Dear All ,

I am getting errors E 0001-0010 and E0001-00020 in canon IRA 6255 even after i replaced fixing upper unit ,lower unit and fixing powersupply board . Once error is cleared machine will work for max of 2 days then this both error will re appear .Please help .

Have you tried to measure the wall voltage and ascertain its flactuations?
Have you tried to check on the IH pcb for possible dry joints?
More important try to determine the wall voltage flactuations.

I had this error on IRADV6055. E001-0002 and E001-0010. I replace the fixing upper unit, pressure roller and all thermistor. After 2 days again error E001.....shit...

Then i again disassembly the whole fixing unit and i see the thermistor can not move correcly...for a moment just stops....then i lubrication the axle and spring of THM1 and 3 turning for one turn (for more pressure).

sorry for my bad english.
