I have a inner fin E1 and it has the additional tray. The lower tray does not usually rise to the correct position. There is no jam or error codes, and everything seems in order. Has anyone had this issue? Thanks.

We decided to swap out the finisher completely, I may work on it later in the shop. I am going to try the tray it self first.
