C2225i [E000001-0001]

Color copier C2225i shows E000001-0001. I know what the error means, but the weird problem is it pops up after displaying [Storing System Information] after booting and then displays the error when i try to enter Service mode.

Can't use anything from touch menu except scanner either, which is bottom right corner.

Any ideas what might be the issue?

Leave the right door open and try ERR-CLEAR!!! Then reboot.
