    J0107 when duplexing in iR 3245

    I'm back !
    After a long time !
    I have problems with jams J0107, when duplexing on iR 3245.
    I had an idea that I applied.
    It's not a great idea, but it has greatly reduced jams....
    It works only with A4 to A3 size.

    The 01 means delay, and the 07 is fusing delivery sensor. Check PS 14.

    Neat mylar trick....but I don't think it'll help much with jams. Should help keep the machine a little cleaner though...LOL!

    In my case, the head of the sheet that comes back from the ADU unit, slips under the drum!
    And this happens almost systematically!
    Both the cleaning of the transfer roller, or the regulation of the HVT currents does not lead to any stable and definitive solution.
