this machine is in the shop it is making a loud thumping noise when warming up and when making color copies, have tried a new set of toners for elimination no change. also a blurr every 1in on the color prints

check your fuser.. sounds like the press roller has a flat spot! a bad fuser will cause blurs...jams...thumps...
