IR-ADV C9060 Pro - white streaks when black color

Hey guys,

since 2 days our Imagerunner Adv-C9060 pro is printing white streaks every 5 mm in the middle of the document when there is black.
Is it possible to fix it by one of the cleaning options in the canon menu? Technician will come on friday, but we have important assignments to print.

With user menu probably not. It's look like black drum or developer issue.

Yeah, thought of that too. I did some cleanings (dev menu) some weeks ago where there has been the same problem and those lines were gone. Hmm.

End user or tech? In service mode 2, misc p>dev spit can sometimes help recover a dev. You may be able to recover the dev by placing a sheet on the glass about 3 inches from the end so you get a sky shot of about 3 inches. Run 15 or so 11x17. The machine may cycle toner through the dev and catch up, limited sucess with this.

Try cleaning the wires and secondary rollers in user mode as well.

Well I think it might have worked. As of now, I don't see any more white streaks when printing black. I went into S2 -> misc p -> ex-spit ->ok and then printed 16 sheets A4. On the first one the streaks are noticable on the right side, but after the 15 pages they seem to be gone for now.
