    Imagepress c 6010 e0260-2017-05

I had to remove the dc controller assembly to service the waste toner buffer unit. Replaced the buffer with No issue. Now the printer immediately signal error code e0260-2017-05. Power supply issue...

I have re seated all connectors multiple time with No luck. Anybody have any thoughts?

    Re: Imagepress c 6010 e0260-2017-05

Ok...i checked the hopper driver pcb...connections secure...even swapped out the yellow driver with magenta...same code. Checked the yellow drum driver pcb...also swapped with magenta. Same code.

I'm perplexed because the other than the buffer unit which I Replaced, the machine was working fine. I keep going back to dc controller and an ill fitting connection...but the connections look good. Any other thoughts?

    Thanks again for your assistance.

Check if power supply work's ok.

    1. Remove the Left Cover of the Power Supply Unit (PSU).
    2. Locate the Limiter PCB UN401.
    3. Close all the door interlocks and ensure they are actuated.
    4. Turn the Main Power Switch ON.
    5. Immediately at power on the LED’s 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 should light (LED 3 will not light as it is notused.) See picture below.
    6. If one or more of these LED’s fails to light, it indicates the related Power Supply has an issue.
