    IR3300 developer unit problem

    hi friends i'm having a problem with canon ir-3300 developer unit. it is printing uneven, dark on one side and very light at the buttom side please refer the image & developer unit i'v checked the magnet roller, its fine please suggest IR 3300 (2).jpg IR 3300 (1).jpg IR 3300 (3).jpg

    Looking at your dev unit it is NOT fine I can clearly seen the toner is uneven on the mag roller causing your uneven prints.

    Replace the developer unit & fit a new toner.

    Are you sure there’s toner in there? Did you by chance make any adjustments to the doctor blade? I wouldn’t if I were you

    It doesn't look so fine to me. Where's the toner coverage on the mag roller? And where is the teflon coating on the mag roller? =^..^=
    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
