Tech has replaced thepower supply cooling fan and the DC Control Board and the error stillpersist. Is there anything else that could be causing the issue. Says he can not start the machine to see which firmware it on the machine so I do not know.

Have you checked cooling fan near main processor board .

is power supply cooling fan is FM3----Cools the 12V/24V power supply.
Power supply cooling fan (FM3) drives at full-speed at paper feed and at 1/2 speed in other situations.----24V or 12V
