    MF8580 Paper Mismatch

    Hi All
I am having trouble with this machine saying Paper Mismatch. There is A4 in the tray and it is showing A4 on the control panel.
It only does this in printing mode ( copying in ok). The print driver is showing A4 and I have tried various settings.
I've deleted the driver and reinstalled it. I have tried running it straight from the driver and it still says Paper Mismatch.
It says this after a few have exited the machine. It is not jamming and it is not double feeding.
It has had a new paper pick up roller and separation roller.
The machine has done 30k and apart from this it sound sweet.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Had something similar a while back. Customer had an update to Adobe, and it changed his default PDF settings to A4 instead of LTR (US).

Also check the properties of the page you're trying to print. Adobe/Word let you save docs with specific parameters, and those will override the default print driver settings. If you save a doc as "A4 coming out of tray 2", but tray 2 has A3 in it, you'll get that mismatch error every time.

    Good luck.

At least set 'paper size override' it saves a bunch of problems for doc. created as A4 or letter :
