Solution: replace fixing drive assy (FM0-1158-010), the solenoid is sticky

Ernesto, do you have a theory why a fuser drive assembly might have anything to do with colour versus monochrome printing? I don't see a connection. What does this sticky solenoid do? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

sorry, I cannot see the relationship to the fuser causing no color print.
are you sure the PRINT DRIVER isn't set to BLACK ONLY?
does the machine produce color INTERNAL PRINTS?
what about color copies?
Auto Color Mode is enabled on the control panel through Settings / Registration.
Perform the following to enable Auto Color Mode:
Settings / Registration > Function Settings > Copy > 2/2 > Select Color Settings For Copy > Use Auto(Color/Black) > 'On'.
There is a setting to limit the machine from copying in "Full Color" mode. Go to Settings & Registration > Function Settings > Copy > Select Color Settings for Copy > set Use Full Color to "On"
To default the imageRUNNER advance to black and white when coping from the DADF or the glass, select black and white on the control panel of the 'Copy' screen. Next select Settings / Registration > Function > Copy then 'Change default settings' and press 'Ok'.
Black and white will now be locked in as the default color for copies.
Black prints fine but none of the colors are being printed and there are no error codes.
In this case, it was found that the mylar strips on the color laser shutters were hanging up and blocking the color lasers. After resetting the mylars on the laser shutters the problem was resolved

No way....Shutters for laser have their own motor to open them. Solenoid for what was sticky?

it also runs ITB, error code e074 sometimes was displayed.......
So you think that the color primary transfer roller shift mechanism was not keeping the color transfer rollers pressing against the inside of the belt? There's some logic to that. =^..^=

Yes I think that, and the black primary transfer roller inside the belt is always static (there is not moving )
