    IR5075 Constant melting codes

    Good night, I need help.
I'm having problems with melting codes on an IR5075 (E001 and 840), error E001 always happens in the morning several times, the machine works a little and during the day happens too. I think the front ends that connect in the meltdown are old and broken, but I also have doubts that it is the board that controls the merger, how can I know if it is the problem in it?
Thank you very much in advance.

Replace the fixing roller, thermistors & update the system software.
