Canon imagepress c7011vp print quality issue blurry/shadow

Hi every one,
currently i have a print quality issue on Canon imagepress c7011vp, I have tried full calibration and swapping drums, i also checked HV settings but didn't help, Any help greatly appreciated. Please see the attached pic. Thanks in advance,

Looks like color registration issue. Did you run the color reg adjustment(auto color mismatch) to see if that helps?

You could also try inspecting and cleaning the ITB, patch sensors, etc....

Thank you very much for your help, Today is my day off, I will check that first thing tomorrow morning and i will re post what happened,
