pick up issue

hi.canon imagerunner 2202n.does not pickup from the cassette.i tried the bypass feed is good.i checked the pickup gear and the solenoid are fine.any help please.thanks

no jam codes.it does not pickup a paper from the cassatte.but when i move the pickup gear manually it is start to pickup and feeds normaly and then i hear the solenoid tick with no pickup.thank you phil

sounds like you have figured it out...

next step solenoid repair - replace.

can you watch in service mode the changes to the solenoid or to sensors?
