IR ADV 6255 E602-4000 and 602-5002

i got his error on ir adv 6255 .
i have try harddisk from another machine, try changing the sata and power cable .
still no luck .

anyone have know this problem?

the 5002 code is wrong hard drive fitted canon are very specific on hdd types plus they have bios file from canon when installed to start service support tool the 4000 code is also saying wrong firmware to me to

i will try to flashing new firmware, i hope this will solve the problem .

where do you know about those error sub code? i can't find it on service manual .

There a a lot of 602 error codes. You may not have scrolled far enough. Even rev 0 had them.

its in the manual do full lot either 1 and 7 fixed ip or 2 and 8 full format and full firmware

hi how things at canon these days. i miss the old days of the white house training etc and all the old dealer techs. getting old now even i will be out about 2 years to go
