Have you tried booting it into service mode?

Have replaced main controller 1, still no luck. Just fans on MC 1 and MC 2 running.

Tired Boot System Diagnosis, Turning on the Main Power Supply Switch while pressing the Control Panel Power Supply Switch, but when the machine does not try to boot this does not work either.
And tired the other diagnosis tool, it does not work either.

Replaced power supply still no luck. And power supply fan works.

Try to boot with all doors open.
Maybe is Main PCB2
Before replacing the Main Controller PCB 2, upload SramImg.bin. By downloading
SramImg.bin after replacement, the new Main Controller PCB 2 inherits the data
including Service mode stored in the old PCB

Tried that, same results. Power LED on, fans run, no boot.
When you replace Main controller 1 did you transfer the parts from old PCB to new PCB? Especially Flash PCB specifically responsible for the boot!

Yes, we transferred the parts.
I had this on C3330 series. The HDD was a problem. When i change HDD, power on machine 2+8 keys and reload firmware.
