Ir2010F message of "TONER MIXING" when machine is turned on. I wait several minutes for message to go away but it remains. The toner cartridge has plenty of toner. I am unfamiliar with this and have been unable to get r.eference manual as copying guide and service manual do not show this message. Is this a developer unit issue. Cusromer wants to knw what is involved before servicing as they have another machine and don't want to spend a lot fix this issue. Frank

You can strip & clean the dev units on these old models however the best fix is to fit a new dev unit & toner.
