paper jaming in adf ir5050 code 045

i have ir5050 machine. i press start key and adf pickup paper but paper jam in pressure roll and jam code like 045 and display jam PI11 in PCB3 delay. I replace ADF but problem is same Pl. help me.

Have you tried doing sensor initialize for the ADF? under FEEDER>FUNCTION>SENS-INT in service mode.
