Issue found on a few printers_
Upon closer inspection it was found that the intermediate connector J8010 was half way out on frame side of the ITB drawer connection. Reseated the connection and verified all other ITB connections from the frame side connection back to the dc controller. Reseating J8010 resolved the issue.

Tip: If you are having difficulty reconnecting the connections to the intermediate connector (because the wire length is too short), the intermediate connector can be reversed. This way you can plug the connector into the intermediate connector and the then snap the intermediate connector into the connector holder bracket.
E075-0002
Description
ITB displacement sensor upper limit error. The output value of the ITB displacement sensor (PS2) continues to be the upper limit value
Remedy
1. Check whether the ITB displacement sensor (PS2) and the ITB displacement sensor flag are installed properly. • Is the ITB displacement sensor flag inserted under the ITB? •
Is the ITB displacement sensor installed correctly?
2. Replace the parts. •
Replace the ITB displacement sensor flag (if the flag is damaged). •
Replace the ITB displacement sensor. •
Replace the ITB. (Replace the ITB of which edge is damaged.) •
Replace the steering control mechanism parts. (Pressure spring removed from the steering arm, etc.)

Hi, Thank you I will take look, also wanted to ask you can it be ITB belt shifting front to rear of the machine? I was printing in service mode when the machine was powered down Problem with Canon C5051
What exactly happened during the power down? Was power interrupted to the device as in a power outage, or power plug being accidentally knocked from the wall? Seems odd the belt would be displaced at that exact moment, did that code occur at any time before the outage? If there is no history of that code prior you could be looking at a PCB.
thank you everyone for the help we found the ITB belt need to be adjusted and now everything is working fine, somebody shut the printer off when it was printing a job that's when the error came up the belt somehow got shifted
