Please can anyone assist with Imagepress c6000, shifting roller belts over sensors, causing constant false jaming errors. Pic is attached below. Tnx

    how many pages on it?

have you pulled the belts/shafts out to see if something is worn?

have you put belts back in place and how many pages until they run off again?

    what error code?

other than take pics what have you done?

what does the manual say about this?

if you expect help there are certain things we need to know first

i've seen similar issues a lot, in my case it's usually due to transport damage ( working on 2nd hand machines).
So i would suggest looking for warps in the unit or jammed/worn out gears

[QUOTE=Phil B.;694994]how many pages on it? not sure got it second hand

have you pulled the belts/shafts out to see if something is worn? yes, belt shaft disengaged slightly, put it back but still jaming at Unit B, E1-E2.

have you put belts back in place and how many pages until they run off again? not sure got it second hand

    what error code? 0204

other than take pics what have you done? checked for worn out parts and found none.

what does the manual say about this? can't find code in manual

....codes image attached. I've tried all trays and still paper getting jam at E1-EA. Checked for any paper residue but have not found anything.
