I bought canon imagepress c6000 secondhand, after installation, I keep getting error after errors. The new errow is, E110-0201. I've no clue how to go about this one...any help will be greatful!
E110-0201 = Magenta laser
For trouble shooting purposes swapp J1112 (yellow laser scanner power cable) and J1122 (magenta laser scanner power cable) on DC-CON 1-3
see if error code moves to Yellow (E110-0101)----------if error switches---most likely DC-Controller 1-3 (FM2-7687-000) not supplying power to connector

E110-0201 points to the Magenta laser scanner motor that does not reach a certain speed within a specified period.
In this case, checking the connection of the magenta video cable, swapping the magenta laser unit, performing DCON clear and clearing the error code in service mode did not change the symptom.
In this case, replacing the DC controller PCB 1-3 (UN240) resolved error code in the field. DC controller PCB 1-3 Assembly FM2-7687-000
