AdvC5235A jam

I have a Service Manual for this AdvC5235A copier but not the Parts Manual. I'm getting jam codes 0001 and 0002 on the Image Reader F1 feeder. Manual says it is a Timing Sensor SR4 (Delay and Stationary). Can someone give me the part#.

Also, getting jam code 0213 - stationary vertical path sensor UN53. The flag right below the registration roller is occasionally puncturing a hole in the paper, does anyone know what could be causing that?

check the paper guide position / check for tiny burs---
could cause paper to arc over flag
