IRC2380i - Only Green LED but no touch screen

Hello.

I am having an issue with the irc2380i. removed the drums and cleaned around them etc but after putting them back together now the copier will not boot.
It sounds all good when i turn it on but the screen is off and only the green led is on. The printer is offline so i can't reach it from the network.

totally lost here, any ideas that will put me on the right track would be greatly appreciated.

how much is that?
does it need new firmware?
do you have firmware for me for free?
how do I do that?
do i need to do anything else?
is there a service mode i need to enter to do this?
how do i do that?
can you give me the manual?

There is no direct relation between what you did and the BOOT FAILURE fault, it's more of a coincidence.

This will usually result from poor contacts of one of the PCI Cards on the Main Controller PCB (can't correctly remember the particular one).
1. Take out relevant covers.
2. Unplug all the Cards from the Main Controller PCB.
3. Clean all slots thoroughly.
4. With a dry cloth, rub the contacts of all the Cards.
5. Plug back the Cards making sure they are seated properly.
6. Power up and hopefully you are back to life.

Sh*t happens, 2380 is 'rather old' wouldn't advice to throw a dime at it, you might loose it...

No i did not shut it correctly. and yes @Phil B. is right. i don't have the service tools nor do i know how to go forward.
i have opened it up and cleaned all the slots etc.
But a link or a wiki or a quick explanation on the HDD part would also save this thread 35 comments.

Sorry for being a noob. No it was not shut down correctly.
this started after opening the drum drawer and tried cleaning there. i am not sure if it is related to that. All drums were removed and cleaned and then put back together.
@phil b. is also right. i don't have the tools to do the HDD reinstall. So if there is a wiki, or a guide / document i can read on that would help me a lot and save the thread a lot of stupid questions. ofcourse a link to the service tool software.

i made a video of the machine booting up as it might give an indication of what is wrong.

btw disconnected HDD to see if it produces an error. Screen still dead black and only green led.
i slide out the process unit and try starting it up and still no go.
