Correct, we do know we need a new Cyan drum unit, also I noticed a yellow line down the center of the copier....that must be coming from the copier I used to scan this in because it is not on the customers copy so please disregard it. What I am referring to is in the Signature Line area, the small red Loftin Equipment Co. has a yellow shadow, the larger red LOFTIN has a cyan shadow and the email next to that looks purple. They actually recently purchased generic toner online and we had to go vacuum it out and replace it with OEM so I'm wondering if possibly it damaged the drum units. I am going to send a tech out with some used drums we have from a trade-in and see if that changes anything. Any other ideas, this customer is far out there so hate to make too many trips.
Have you cleaned the patch sensors ?
The “generic” toner you say fitted is your issue.
How did you vacum it all out? You’d need to remove all the crap toner in the hoppers AND each drum unit.

has anyone run Auto Color Cali lately? or color registration? that would cause the color offset before parts. ( depending on life of parts )
