No it actually it doesn't print anything when printing CYAN, no Cyan bar on gradation page as well.

Check the rear of the cyan developing assm. It's common for the white "plus" shaped drive part to break. There's an updated part with a pin available for it.

Very common. If you have the plus gear with pin then look at the part that drives it. It is a toss up weather to take out the drive assembly and repair it or a friend said going in from the side will fix it. Pull out the drum drawer and shine a flashlight in the back, all 4 should look the same. No color is one or the other in 9 out of 10 times. The part on developer is easy. The original ones have a "d" shaped hole and they strip.

D cut portion of the drive gear can strip out and not allow drive to the developer.

The drive gear is a X shaped gear.

The gear part number is FC8-4338-000.
