    IRA C5560i Insert the drum cartridge (black)

    Swapped out drums. DC Con clear. Replaced drum contact PCB and connecting pcb assy. Nothing has worked so for. Any ideas welcomed.

    Check the Black DRUM GROUNDING PLATE, --------item #2

    sits under the drum (there are four of them-one for each color )

    Try Re positioning the springs on the Drum Contact PCB

    Example shown on Yellow
    The following image shows undamaged spring contacts. The operator side of the drum unit makes contact with them.
