Canon IRA C2225 with light magenta strioe i=on side of copy/print

Hi Guys ,
Customer has IRA C2225 that has a magenta stripe on copy/print … I changed all drums and image is still there .
I performed an ITB diagnostic cleaning too and the stripe is still there.
Any ideas?

You probably need to clean the laser glass. There is a procedure to use the tool mounted on the inside of the front door but I have found it’s easier to just take the laser out and clean the glasses on top
