    ok..

what is the life on the dev and other consumables?

does that PCU auto reclock itself?

what does the fuser look like ( most likely a dirty worn pressure roller ) ?

did you CLEAN the machine or just replace PCU...?

did you init the drum/PCU unit?

You can try to reduce the DV Bias.

i would reinit the drum first and dev unit... but if mess on back of page is usually pressure roller buildup.

Bias or contact issue, classic pattern, check the dev contacts on the dev and machine, check the transfer assembly contacts. There is also a leaf spring that contacts a metal roller which you will see when you open the side door. The leaf spring is large and closer to the front of the machine, clean under the contact and also the roller and make sure it makes contact. Causes all kinds of crazy bias and transfer issues.

Looks like generic toner problem that's gradually working it's way across the DV unit.

I think the 3570 did this if the Door Contacts to the transfer roller were dirty.
