    Canon IR adv 7065

    Good day everyone referring to my last request for help on error code E00025-04c0, noticed that the black toner is not firmly seated as the other ones, it can easily be pulled out from the machine whiles the C, M & Y are firm.

    How do I let the machine accept and work with the black toner it's a new toner

    Did you get the black hopper repaired or replaced?

    The hopper won't be able to grab the end of the toner bottle, lock it in and and pull it open until you do.
