E020-01a0 with imagepress C1+

First good morning for everyone
I hope you are all in good health.
our problem concentrate on imagepress C1+ give E020-01a0
we replaced ATR sensor and when we run INIT that error appear
i attached some photo for density reading i hope to be helpful to you
and make in the right way to solve this problem.

Correct values for DENS-Y/M/C are -3.0 to 4.0%. You have -15.

How's developer condition? (old developer powder)
ATR Shutter can be dislodged !

1. Clean the ATR sensor window
2. Check to see if the Boss on the ATR Shutter Link is fit to the Boss hole
3. Clean and inspect Image Patch Reading Sensor (PS3).
4. The ATR Shutter Solenoid (SL9) can be checked in Service Mode.



FUNCTION>PART-CHKSet SL = 9Highlight SL-ON and press the OK Key. The SL9 will go on and off twice and the word ACTIVE on the UIwill turn to (OK!) if the Solenoid and its associated commands are ok. Actuate the solenoid by hand to makesure the plunger moves freely before reinstalling the P-Kit.

it was very helpful after checking reading i replaced starter for each M,C,Y then run INITE it worked fine.
