Good morning everybody, I'm still struggling with this Canon.

The black toner empty notice is on the display, even when I select the black toner empty notice the replace toner button or blue button is suppressed, the machine doesn't allow me to continue the procedures.

That's because the machine has an error code (check printer message at bottom of screen). Go to the "copy" screen to see what the code is.
