On an IRC2380 I have a dominant of yellow,

Hello everyoneI am new on the forum and after some research I did not find a subject corresponding to my problem. On an IRC2380 I have a dominant of yellow, that is to say that the prints as the copies pull too much on the yellow.I made the color settings accessible in the users menu but it does not change anything.I guess it must be tuned in Tech mode. But I do not know enough Canon to advance on this field.I add that the 4 drums are new.Can you help meThanks in advance.

Set all the color density settings in the user mode to "0" and do a full gradation.

    Not a user setting issue,
    First read manual about calibration.

If u have an external server, remove it's calibration
Next, do a Full Auto Calibration from control panel
The calibrate the fiery _ u will need a color calibration strip for that.

After all that, u then work on your color issue.
