Change the Hopper and the drive gear unit. Reseated Drum driver board. Checked IO and those looked good. No change after replacing parts. It is also showing a preparing toner message. Rand several Dcon clears and toner stirs. These did not help. Always gives the message to replace the mag toner. Updated software about a week ago with latest SST

Replace Toner Message

This can happen in any color but in this example the message appeared for black.

n a few cases*
It was found that toner container inner cover sensor PS16 was not changing states in I/O mode when the door was opened manually. P024 bit 11(bit 10 for cyan, bit 9 for magenta, bit 8 for yellow).
Replacing the sensor resolved the problem.
The part number for the senor is WG8-5783-000.
There pictures below show the location of the drum driver board and toner container inner cover sensors.

This turned out to be something wrong in the wire harness like one of the wire ties.
