auto colour mismatch has stop

hi, sory if my english is not good, i'm fr indonesia
i have a problem that has been 3 days work
i have a machine ir adv C5000 series that's the result completely different from what i want
i look in other, and all they say just click the auto mismatch colour
but it always stop and told me to call sales Representative

can u help me if there's any solution cuz i've already cleaning the laser glass using the brush that hang on the door
also i look at the ITB at the open side door, it's ok nothing scratch

if there's any way to perform mismatch colour in service mode ???

its going into a err.what is the error.

a color mismatch doesnt print a page.it does a registration function on the ITB belt.
so if mc is saying call cales regresentative it means theres a problem and gives a error

just read your thread again..where did you take the ITB OUT..

you say the open side door.it comes out from the front not the side.

Clean the ATR Patch sensors, I have had them cause error codes and Auto Color Mismatch failures. Check alarm history for mismatch errors. Likely error code is usually a E020 xxxx.

I find the best way to clean them is to remove the ITB and Process unit, and you have a clear path to reach in and clean the three sensors. Note, you will need to slide the sensor cover to reach the sensor windows, in standby or no power the shutter covers the windows.

First thing to do is clean patch sensors. I had one where I replaced cyan and magenta developers that were coding out and it worked after that. Another tech had one that replacing the black laser took care of it.

Itb probably wandering if machine has over 300k on it. I have had bad lasers do this also
