Dears colleagues:
We face problem with our imagepress C 7010 that when we print multi copies if the printer has jammed we removed the paper jammed clearly but we must restart the printer to complete the print job and that result in mismatch with job quantity.
I have attached some picture to where the jam location that result in restart the printer.
this case mostly happened when print from 1st cassette.

1. Replace pickup cassette rollers.
2. Make a good clean of fiid rollers.
3. Clean all pre-feed and cros-feed sensors.(air can)
