Morning All

Please can someone assist. I have this machine that is not printing CYAN. We have tried a new dev tank, Dev drive motor, H.V PCB and drum unit. with the new Dev tank it ran for 2 days and emptied the Dev. Any information to this problem would be well received.

If it's dumping developer after only 2 days, I'd suggest replacing the drum AND developer at the same time. How many clicks on the machine?

Are you running the machine on compatible toner?

was it showing any signs of cyan at all before you changed all the parts or was it completely blank? Had one before where the laser shutter for cyan was not opening, the shutters are operated by a cam and the cam wasnt hitting the cyan shutter so it remained closed, if you take the side panel off the left hand side and pull out the process unit, you can see the shutters open/close if you operate the cam by hand.

Hi,

You may have an issue in the cyan toner supply system. The cyan toner can not reach the dev assembly. I suggest that you have a look on the cyan drum developing drive assembly. Replace the cyan toner supply clutch.
