    Canon Imagerunner Advance 8295 Jam

I have been struggling with a recurring jam code of 0212 at sensor PS35. Has anyone experienced this and what is the solution. I have replaced the sensor and feed rollers, checked for obstructions, etc.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks

see attach pdf-------------- For SERVICING PROCEDURE:

0112 or 0212 Jam codes may occur.0112: Inner Delivery Sensor Delay Jam0212:

Inner Delivery Sensor Stationary JamCause:Due to the strong pressure of Torsion Spring of the Sensor Flag located in the Inner Delivery Sensor Unit, the timing when Sensor Flag falls down may cause 0112 / 0212 jam codes to occur.

Factory:The manufacturer has changed the pressure of the Torsion Spring of the Inner Delivery Sensor to preventbreakage of the Spring.
In doing so, the shape of the Torsion Spring has also been changed.Note:

The old type Torsion Spring [A] has been changed to a new type Torsion Spring [B].
The Hook on the Torsion Spring [a] is eliminated on the new type Torsion Spring.

Check the one-way gear(s) at the rear of the delivery assembly. If the shaft is chewed up also it will slip even with new gears. Stepper motor drives them rolls...any drag and it will stall
