    Unhappy PDL IMG invalid data

    Hi all,

When I send print from SAP its gives me an error displaying "PDL IMG invalid data" and it does not print.
It is a Canon iR-ADV C5255, using the driver UFRII and also tried PCL6.

    Can anyone help please?

    PDL IMG Invalid Data

Does it show Error Skip, if so select that.

    Cause
There is data in the TIFF or JPEG images that cannot be processed by the machine.

    Remedy
Cancel the job and try printing the data again.

    Or------

Try clearing partition '4' on the hard drive in Service Mode , , then power down and back up the printer, may resolve the message.

To clear partition '4' of the hard drive in service mode level 1 select: Settings / Registration > 2 then 8 > Settings / Registration. Choose Copier > Function > System. Change CHK TYPE to '4' and then highlight HD CLEAR and press 'ok'

    Thank you, I'll test it.
