irac 5235 not scanning after patch

I have 2 irac 5235 that will not connect to one touch scanning to file. No response from server check settings this is to windows 10 computers, it works fine to windows 7,8 computers. I have installed the smb patch and updated firmware still no connection. All of my other 5230s work fine. scan to email is fine and I'm looking into ftp scanning, all help will be appreciated.

I found under windows features how to turn back on smb1 I understand it might be unsecure but I have to get the customers up and running, still looking for a better fix

Go into your Network and Sharing center, and select the Network adapter being used. Click the properties button, click the IPv4 protocol and click "Properties", then click "Advanced", go to the WINS tab and change it to "NetBIOS over TCP/IP". The default "NetBIOS over DHCP" doesn't play well with scan to file.

You might also go into the advanced Firewall settings and make sure all of your settings for "File and Printer Sharing" and Network Discovery (NB only) are set to ALLOW for Inbound Rules.

Almost forgot..... Make sure the Network you're on is not set to "Public"!! Public networks block File and Printer Sharing by default.
