    IRAC 250/350

    Hi all

    I have a problem with the color copier IRAC 350.
    The problem with the machine was that sometimes it was jamming the paper at the fixing unit.
    The unit had the film broken to one side, about 3-4mm and I suspected the problem may be from there.
    I replaced the fixing unit with an OEM and now it has the same problem. The error code is 0CF2 meaning (Software sequence error (Vsync error) as in the image below.
    I appreciate any idea which is very welcome.
