    iR C3020

    Good day guys,

    I have 1 unit Canon iR C3020 to maintain and I wonder how to enter into service mode ? Any one can share. Thank you in advance

    1.
    Press and release the “*” key found on the control panel of your Canon copier.

    2.

    Press the “2” key and the “8” key simultaneously. Do this immediately after pressing the “*” key; waiting too long prevents you from gaining access to the copier’s Service Mode.

    3.

    Press and release the “*” key again. A message appears on the control panel indicating you are in Service Mode.

    4.

    Use the control panel keys to navigate through the Service Mode menus.

    Can you show me where is the button ?

    hi,
    Hope it helps

    press home key,
    press the space between home and energy saver
    press the space between home and stop
    press the volume key on the side
    press the stop key

    should be good to go
