IRA4035 Toner

First thing first.....Happy Holidays to all of you! And I've had enough Christmas Music already...lol....
Anyway I have this ongoing Replace Toner issue although there is a new one installed. Customer removes
reinstalls and message goes away for awhile.
Cartridge is spinning so I assume motor is good.
Any suggestions would be soooo appreciated.

Hopper assembly has been known to lose gear coupling, replaced a few of these. order a hopper and remove drum, dev, laser.

What's the mileage on the machine? If the Dev unit is depleted, it'll keep asking for toner.
