    Uniflow offline

    Hello

We bought a used Canon ir c5255 for one of our customers and on the control panel we have the message uniflow offline. We are unable to put it on the network. The network button is grayed out along with the login. Does anyone know how I can disable uniflow so our customer can use the machine?

Thank you in advance for any help.

I think you might have to do an MMI clear in service mode.

Thank you for the replies. Unfortunately we have not been able to get the machine online. The network tab and initialize tabs are grayed out. I am going to have the tech try clearing the main controller. Do you think that will work.
